As CEO of ADS Care I have responsibility for all aspects of the business. Having had an extensive career in Human Resources and Recruitment coupled with my Post-graduate management qualifications, this has given me a perfect platform to contribute towards the inception and growth of ADS Care over 7 years ago.
The aged care and disability industries have proven to be both gratifying and humbling. I enjoy the privilege to serve the community and share experiences this with our excellent internal and external support staff.
As Co. Director of ADS Care my main responsibility is to manage the complete operations. This includes managing a number of internal staff and over 100 care support workers on the field.
Having started working in the disability industry over 10 years ago I co. founded ADS Care in 2012 and am proud to be part of a thriving and caring organisation that puts the interests of the participants and support workers first.

I joined ADS care starting as a support worker and then moving into the support coordinator role. My experience is varied, and I started my career as a registered nurse before specializing as a clinical nurse specialist in neurosurgery. I worked at Westmead Hospital for 15yrs before giving that up to help my son who was born with complex support needs.
I joined ADS Care in 2019. I am enjoying so much being able to help support people in all aspects of their daily lives and liaising with the other service providers and the NDIS, this is something I love to do and gives me great satisfaction.
Working as Support Coordinator for ADS Care has been the most enriching and rewarding job and no two days are the same! My role is to connect participants with an NDIS plan, help build their ability to exercise choice and control and coordinate supports and services in the community. I really enjoy the challenge working closely with people with disabilities and the elderly and feel that I am really contributing towards making a difference to their lives. I also work closely with family and therapists in order to monitor progress and outcomes of them achieving their NDIS goals.
Having gained my Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management I worked for many years as Personnel Manager in the Hospitality and Service industry. Upon returning to the workforce after the birth of my daughter I joined the not for profit sector in both a hands-on role as Senior Educator, and in an administrative capacity.
Since joining ADS Care in August 2019, I have thoroughly enjoyed the challenge of varied work and the satisfaction of contributing to changing lives, adding value and life choices to people with disabilities and the elderly.
Making the transition to ADS Care from the property and finance industries has been an enjoyable change. I bring with me several years of experience with administration as well as a passion for helping people. I enjoy the varied challenges of the work and the feeling at the end of each day that I have contributed to adding value and life choices to our participants.
Jenny joined ADS Care in 2019 as a Bookkeeper and has made a tremendous difference to the day to day accounting function. A graduate with a great eye for detail and a strong commercial understanding of the implications of all the facets of bookkeeping. Jenny is a wonderful team player and an amazing asset to ADS Care.
My professional background until the last few years has been legal secretarial and office administration however after many years raising a family and caring for elderly parents I decided to break out of the office and become a carer. I completed my Cert III and I now work in the ADS Care office two days a week assisting with accounts and payroll and helping in the field when required.
I am passionate about aged care and making a difference to our clients towards their end of life.
Jess joined ADS care in 2018 and has been invaluable in managing all the back-end documentation and an amazing support to the overall administration function. Her skills and attention to detail is unparalleled and takes full ownership of all the projects and tasks she is given. A positive and energetic addition to our team at ADS Care.
With over 10 years’ experience in the disability and Care services I have been lucky enough to have enjoyed and endured many changes within the Sectors.
I originally worked within a voluntary role, from foster care to in home care, to direct support work to a management role, working and learning as I went along Participants families and friends soon taught me about the importance of listening and getting to know our people. Regardless of capabilities, wants, needs and personal preferences.
As a coordinator with ADS Care the rewards are seeing the effects that we can have on others, that may be linking up support workers, organizing holidays or just being someone to offer assurance that someone is listening.
