As CEO of ADS Care Sunil has responsibility for all aspects of the running of the business. Sunil has previously had an extensive career in Human Resources and Recruitment coupled with Post-graduate management qualifications. He has been able to drive ADS Care forward to become a respected, ethical, and leading disability and aged care organisation over the last 8 years.
As Co. Director of ADS Care Anjna’s main responsibility is to manage the complete operations. This includes internal staff and over 100 care support workers on the field. Having started working in the disability industry over 10 years ago Anjna co. founded ADS Care in 2012 and is proud to be part of a thriving and caring organisation that puts the interests of the participants and support workers first.
Sharon’s experience has been wide and varied. Having started her career as a registered nurse before specialising as a clinical nurse specialist in neurosurgery. She worked at Westmead Hospital for 15yrs before giving that up to help my son who was born with complex support needs. Sharon is an experienced Support Coordinator and assists people in all aspects of their daily lives giving her immense job satisfaction.
Meredith believes that working for ADS care as a Support Coordinator has been a very enriching and rewarding job, with no two days being the same. Her role is to connect participants with an NDIS plan, help build their ability to exercise choice and control and coordinate supports and services in the community. She contributes towards making a difference to people’s lives, whilst monitoring progress and outcomes of their NDIS goals.
Having gained her Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management Tiffany has worked as a Personnel Manager in the Hospitality and Service industry. Has since joined the not-for-profit sector in both a hands-on role and Senior Educator. Since joining ADS Care in August 2019, she has thoroughly enjoyed the challenge and the satisfaction of contributing to changing lives, adding value and life choices to people with disabilities and the elderly.
Making the transition to ADS Care from the property and finance industries has been an enjoyable change for Rachael. With several years of experience with administration as well as a passion for helping people Rachael enjoys the varied challenges of the work and the feeling at the end of each day of having contributed to adding value and life choices to our participants.
Jenny joined ADS Care in 2019 as a Bookkeeper and has made a tremendous difference to the day-to-day accounting function. A graduate with a great eye for detail and a strong commercial understanding of the implications of all the facets of bookkeeping. Jenny is a wonderful team player and an amazing asset to ADS Care.
Although having a background until the last few years in legal secretarial and office administration work. Julie after many years raising a family and caring for elderly parents decided to break out of the office and become a carer. She now works in the ADS Care office assisting with accounts and payroll and helping in the field when required. She is passionate about the care industry and making a difference to our client’s lives’.
With over 10 years’ experience in the disability and Care services Trish has been lucky enough to have enjoyed and endured many changes within the Sectors. She originally worked within a voluntary role, from foster care to in home care, to direct support work to a management role, working and learning on the job. As a support coordinator with ADS Care the rewards are seeing the effects that she can have on others.
Ashleigh provides administrative support and manages documentation for our support coordinators and staff. Ashleigh is an Experienced Administrator working previously in Global Sales Coordination in the Hotel and Travel Industry in Australia and the UK. Ashleigh’s passion for social impact brought her to ADS Care to change career direction in early 2020 as she also undertakes University studies in Psychology and Social Justice.
Jacqueline has been involved in disability industry for over 30 years, primarily in a teaching environment. She is a passionate believer in equity for all and is driven by a desire to improve the quality of care for all. As she actively teaches students who subsequently qualify with Cert III & Cert IV qualifications from TAFE, Jacqui has a very clear understanding of the current and important areas of care relevant in the industry today.
Anjali Joined the ADS care Team in 2020. She is an invaluable part of the rostering and administrative team. After leaving high school, Anjali’s passion for helping people brought her to work at ADS care, Whilst, undertaking studying in university. Although ADS Care has given Anjali immense experience in the aged and disability community, she is always looking to advance her knowledge and skills base.
Having joined ADS Care in 2021 Michelle is excited to be with such an amazing group of people. Her career has spanned over many years within the Finance sector and is looking to capitalise on this knowledge by supporting both the accounting and administration team. By bringing her experience along to provide a smooth transaction in Her role primarily within the team. Micelle has strong belief that everyone should have the opportunity to live their best life.
