ADS Care has been established as a service provider for over 8 years and have been actively working with NDIS clients since 2013. Our expanding and very experienced team of support coordinator’s work closely with OT’s on a daily basis.
We have been growing at a phenomenal rate and seek and experienced OT to join our friendly and professional team.
You will need to collaborate with our established Support Coordinators, clients, therapists, and all relevant stakeholders to identify solutions and make appropriate recommendations. Where you will be required to support client’s needs to access reasonable and necessary supports through writing clear and concise reports.
We have clients in various LGA’s within Sydney therefore a certain amount of travel will be required.
You will have the ability to assist clients in implementing identified strategies, including setup of assistive technology and coordination of other service providers and third party supports
To monitor client progress and liaise with colleagues with reviews, reports, and analysis of ongoing care plans.

Applicants must have a tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA. Previous experience with NDIS as well as experience working with disability across the lifespan is important. Experience of working within a Mental Health and SIL environment would also be preferrable.
You must be equally comfortable working face to face with clients and writing high level reports and a passion and drive to help clients reach their potential is essential. You will also need exceptional communication skills.
