ADS Care has been working closely with a number of organisations and government bodies in order to allow us to offer the best service possible to individuals and organisations.
We have been and continue to be actively involved with NDIS discussions and meetings, thus allowing us to air the thoughts and concerns of our care recipients, carers and support staff.
ADS Care are in constant communication with local and federal government bodies as well as key industry partners such as NDS (National Disability Service), NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) and Carers NSW to name just a few
We offer a consistent care policy. This means that people receiving support and their family members have the opportunity to become familiar and comfortable with their carer(s) rather than experience the uncertainty of new faces and names.
ADS Care has all appropriate insurance coverage, including professional indemnity, public liability and workers compensation policies.
We have over 30 years’ experience in-house at a senior management level within the Disability and Aged Care industry in Australia. We believe that team work, respect for others and dedication are the key factors to building a successful organisation.
