ADS (Aged & Disability Services) Care is one of the fasted growing service providers within the Hills district of Sydney. We are a young and exciting organisation based in the Castle Hill area that is supporting the elderly and people with disabilities.

We specifically require someone with a strong background of working within the aged care or disability industry

You will be required to support the Operations Manager with day to day coordination of support workers. You will be required to work closely with all stakeholders, including clients and government bodies.

The role also requires a large amount of administration work including filing, data input, answering calls and general office up keep.

Key Skills:

  • You will have worked at least 2 years within the care industry in Australia.
  • Initially 12 hours per week leading up to 20 hours per week and beyond.
  • We need someone friendly, reliable and professional.

The Role

  • To work on the book keeping with the latest version of MYOB
  • To work closely with support workers, care recipients and clients
  • You will need to able to organise files (hard and soft copies)
  • To communicate with all stakeholders, including phone, email and face to face
  • You must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
